Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

Your order will be picked, packaged and dispatched within 24 hours of payment (excluding weekend and Bank Holidays).  All orders made before 4PM Monday - Friday will be dispatched same day.  We often extend time when possible; the latest dispatch time for same day dispatch will be shown during checkout.  

PLEASE NOTE: If your order contains a battery, your order delivery option will be only available in DPD services due to restricted shipping on hazardous goods.  

Despatch Cutting Time

DPD cutting off time is 2:00pm Monday-Friday.  

Royal Mail cutting off time its 4:00pm Monday-Friday

Please note: If its urgent delivery, please give us a call and we will try our best to arrange for despatch on same day after cutting off time.  

Our Next Working Day Delivery:

For Next Working Day Delivery we use DPD Next Day, Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Special Delivery.   Only Special Delivery (Next Day by 1PM)  is guaranteed Next Day Service, if your Special Delivery is delayed we will send the delay compensation for you within 24 hours.  For DPD and Royal Mail Tracked 24 will not be benefit in delivery delay compensation.  Please be aware that severe weather and holidays may delay the delivery time.

If you require a guaranteed Saturday service, please get in contact before making your order to check that we can accommodate this for you.

Change of Shipping Method:

Sometimes, at our discretion, we may upgrade your delivery if we believe it is a more suitable service for you.
